The purpose of this research into existing products is to achieve the best possible therapeutic potential and to expand the scope of treatment possibilities.

This also applies to Bayer Schering Pharma's andrology research, which focuses on male testosterone deficiency and fertility testing. The scientists are looking, amongst other things, for suitable ways of correcting hormonal processes in the body, for example in the case of sperm production and maturation.
